WOMEN OF WINSLOW 2023 EVENT
We motivate and empower our female employees through our Women of Winslow initiatives. The main purpose is to encourage our female employees to stay connected and present them with opportunities to have conversations that may help each other.

Dr. Mahler has put together a great keynote session for us:
“We are changing the face of civil construction where women are entering the workforce for the better. But how do we lead the way? In a world of uncertainty, we can lose trust in these engagements, confidence is undermined and influence and opportunity is destroyed without even knowing why.
Confidence is competence and that competence is in the areas of vocal presence, body power and clear and concise messaging. In this incredibly hands-on, practical, and often hilarious session, we will build what the Ancient Romans called Gravitas.
Come, cheer and clap and become part of the audience claque. Get engaged, get excited and let’s perform! Let’s rebuild the joy of actually communicating with each other so that we can move ourselves out of personal discomfort, guide our organisations through turmoil and lead our nation towards a positive future”.

About Dr Mahler
Moving from the Vienna State Opera back to Australia, Louise observed a ‘missing ingredient’ in corporate leadership and completed an award – winning PhD around the unsung wisdom of the mind-body-voice connection she named Vocal Intelligence. Her highly participative sessions mean you leave knowing, understanding and even embodying the change. You will be transformed from the darkness of confusion to the lightness of laughter and song.
