Winslow’s SA team transforming wastewater site

Winslow South Australia has been onsite helping to transform the 3.5ha former SA Water Wastewater Treatment site at West Lakes in Adelaide into a new community for client Potentia Environment.

Novo West Lakes Stages 1 and 2 are the first of a multi-stage residential development that will provide about 500 new dwellings in a mix-used precinct.

Stage 1 works includes carparking bays, new lighting and landscaping. Stage 2 includes a sewer and stormwater pump station, and civil infrastructure for 99 new allotments.

The project is expected to be completed by April 2026.
