Winslowers gather for 25 years of service

Earlier this month, long-time employees gathered with family and friends at Marnong Estate to celebrate the 25th anniversaries of three Winslowers.

Winslow Group Chief Executive Officer Trevor Lockwood, Winslow Constructors General Manager Andrew Richardson and Winslow Maintenance Supervisor Vic Giandinoto.

Trevor joined the company at its Bundoora office located above shops after Managing Director Dino Strano lured him away from Deloitte.

Under Trevor’s leadership, Winslow has expanded into a national self-performing vertically integrated business that provides diverse services for the construction industry.

Andrew began his Winslow career as a Graduate Engineer and quickly became our first KPI Engineer before working his way up through construction management roles culminating in his current, GM Constructors. He also met his wife Andrea at Winslow.

Vic began as contractor working as a backhoe operator, before moving to Western Australia for a short time.

He returned to Winslow as an excavator operator, but an accident at home caused him to lose sight in one eye creating a career change into the maintenance workshop, where he has worked since.

Dino was joined by Winslow CEO- Construction Rohan Davidson and Plant Manager Pat Zaffina to recognise the trio’s achievements.
