Winslow Group’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Winslow Group has developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy establish guidelines for the responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI technologies within the business.
What is the policy?
The policy aims to harness the benefits of AI — such as improved project efficiency, safety monitoring, predictive maintenance, and design optimization — while mitigating risks to the business, including data breaches, intellectual property infringement, legal non-compliance, and reputational damage.
By adhering to this policy, we protect our assets, ensure compliance with Australian laws, and promote ethical AI practices.
Who does it apply to?
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, and third-party vendors of Winslow Group who access, develop, deploy, or interact with AI systems or tools.
It covers all AI technologies, including but not limited to machine learning models, generative AI (eg, chatbots, image generators), automation software, and AI-integrated tools used in construction processes (eg, BIM software, drone analytics, or predictive analytics platforms).
The policy encompasses AI used internally (eg, for project planning) and externally (eg, in client-facing applications or supplier integrations).
