Trafman’s Big 5 Safety Rules refresher

In the lead up to October’s National Safe Work Month, Trafman gathered at its Campbellfield head office last week to refresh the Big 5 Safety Rules for the business. 

Rohan Davidson, Winslow Group’s Chief Executive Officer – Construction, presented to the team to ensure the foundations of the Big 5 were at the forefront of what Trafman does every day to ensure they all go home safely. 

Traffic management, which forms part of the Big 5, is something Trafman does daily and is one of the most high-risk activities in the construction industry. 

“We reminded ourselves that complacency and lack of awareness and ownership can have catastrophic consequences not just to our team members, but our peers, stakeholders, and members of the public,” said Business Unit Manager Lucy Milkeraitis. “We all must be aware and stay vigilant every day.”
