Sunbury Road team wins Earth Award

Winslow Infrastructure’s Sunbury Road Upgrade team was a category winner of 2024 Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Earth Awards in Melbourne on Friday night.

The CCF Earth Awards are an annual celebration of the ‘best of the best’ when it comes to excellence in project delivery in the civil construction industry.

The Sunbury Road Upgrade team is a perfect example of project and construction management, innovation, people development and training, quality and safety, environmental management and stakeholder and community engagement.

WI’s General Manager Leonard Bam said that the success of this project is a testament to our team and Major Road Project’s Victoria’s PDA model.

“MRPV and WI worked in partnership to provide an exceptional outcome for the local community, existing stakeholders and the many interfacing new housing developments in the Sunbury region,” Leonard said.

“This win is a celebration of excellence in our industry, and one we should all be very proud of.

“Congratulations to everyone who played a part in delivering this exceptional project”.

Congratulations also to WI’s Bradmill Remediation project, which was also shortlisted as a finalist in the in the $10 Million to $75 Million project category.
