SMS celebrates team milestones

Survey Management Solutions acknowledged the milestones of 19 employees last month, who were all presented with certificates recognising their years of service, and highlighted the growth of the business which celebrated 20 years of operation in 2025.

Surveyor Daniel Crljen was recognised for his 15 years working at SMS, while Shaun Lawson, Martin Gibson, Bob Tepsic, and Collin Marquardt celebrated 10 years.

Fourteen employees were recognised for their five-year milestones, including Travis Gains, Kristian Hvidberg, Daniel Jones, Leyton Varley, Darrell Prasad, Greg Howden, Alex Ahmed, Samuel Donchi, Patrick McCarthy, Hernaldo Minchola, Cameron Streeter, Kieran French, Sean Hanna, and Elliot Skidmore.

SMS is one of Australia’s most technologically advanced and reliable surveying teams, with highly experienced surveyors and engineers supported by state-of-the-art equipment and industry leading practices.

It has pioneered advancements such as the 3D Utility Avoidance technology, which allows machine operators to safely dig close to existing services.
