Queensland Region hits the ground running

Queensland Region hit the ground running on Monday when foremen, engineers and project managers gathered for their first induction for the year.

HSE Co-ordinator Bernie Austin presented the anti-bullying training to the team.

Operations Manager Brenton Reid said the team is united to become “the fittest in market in Queensland” and that there is a clear unity between all Winslow Group business units. 

“The message about one team one dream was easy to deliver when you have a group of employees who believe in each other and the direction we are going as a Business,” Brenton said.

Construction Manager Anthony Rosario said following the session, the feedback was positive.

“The team is excited and prepared for the challenges that 2023 will throw at us. We have already seen lot sales decrease on the back of unprecedented cost and interest rate rises in 2022 and are optimistic that 2023 will bring improvement of supply chain and material cost stabilisation.,” Anthony said.
