MPs given first-hand look at major project

Last week, Winslow Infrastructure’s Watson Street Interchange Upgrade (WSIU) team welcomed key government representatives and media to site to showcase the benefits of the project’s two new southern ramps.

Federal Minister Catherine King, Victorian Minister and local MP Ros Spence and local Federal MP Rob Mitchell visited the site and were filmed discussing how the new ramps will improve connectivity for the Wallan community.

Once complete, the two new southern ramps will provide Wallan residents with direct access to the Hume Freeway, improving travel times, reducing congestion on local roads and enhancing connectivity for the town.

The event highlighted the collaborative effort behind the project and the positive impact these upgrades will deliver for local residents and road users.
