Kate Parish – Spotter Manager

Kate recently joined the team and has already had an impact, her drive and energy to support the field team and help streamline the processes and systems is great.

“I’ve come from the Residential Building industry, with almost three years’ experience within construction,” Kate said.

“During my time in the building industry, I’ve acquired a diverse range of skills to support my new role as the Spotter Manager with Trafman Solutions.

“I consider myself to be a friendly, approachable person with high ambitions and a strong drive for success. I am looking forward to expanding my skill set within a new area.”

Newbies Fiona

Fiona Vivona – Saw & Core Manager

Fiona has been a great driver of positive change within the division and led from the front on safety, structure and support for the field team.

Fiona’s Comment:

“I started at Trafman Solutions in early December 2023,” Fiona said. “My construction journey started in 2017 as a Traffic Controller working my way up, doing my Planners Ticket in 2020 and then going into Operations and Planning before joining the Saw and Core Division at Trafman Solutions.

“I love being part of the great team we have created in the division.

“We have many challenges to face over the next few years to grow the division and create a professional environment focused on safety, culture and communication.

“I would like to say that I’m only one member of a great team of workers, supervisors and upper management that we have in the Saw and Core Division of Trafman Solutions.”

Newbies Shashi

Shashi Bhushan – Operations Coordinator (NDD)

Shashi’s experience in the industry has certainly provided much needed assistance overall and is a valued team member. He slotted seamlessly into the division, and business.

“I started my journey at Trafman in January 2023 and I’m enjoying being a part of such an experienced team, Shashi said.

“I started my journey in Australia in 2012 as a student and completed my Bachelor’s in Construction Management. It was not an easy ride but I eventually finished my studies.

“I have worked in various sectors such as hospitality, retail, compliance and enforcement, and construction.

“I chose this profession to develop my skills in operations, and to enhance my ability to see the construction management from a different angle.”
