Meet the Redstones

We close National Families Week with the Winslow Constructors team at Redstone Estate in Sunbury, in Melbourne’s Northwest.

The Redstone team has continually delivered projects ahead of program which speaks volumes to the effort and dedication they put towards their work both on site and in the office, said Senior Project Manager Adam Stojanovski.

“The Redstone team achieved PC this week on Redstone Stage 10, which has been accelerated by approximately 12 weeks,” Adam said.

“There have been many hurdles and issues, which have come about out of Winslow’s control throughout the project, but our operations and PM team have navigated them extremely well to get to this great result.

“The team will hopefully continue their momentum into the next three stages which will commence in the coming weeks.”

The Hume team recently celebrated the completion of three projects (Rosenthal Stage E6, Redstone Stage 10 and The Base Stage 2) all of which were “completed early with end of financial year targets being smashed out of the park”.

“We have all recently moved out from various offices including Campbellfield, Olivine and Kingsfield to all be located in a larger more comfortable space closer to our projects,” Adam said.

“We are a team of close-knit engineers who also consider each other good friends, supporting each other throughout our projects whilst having a laugh in the process.

Michael Di Martino, one of our PMs, said he loves working in the Hume office because of the awesome culture and claims he is solely responsible for it.

Maurizio Dal Col, one of our PEs, said he enjoys the banter around the office and the easy-going nature of our team, which makes the office a productive but also fun place to work.

Martin Pham, one of our PMs, has been organising monthly sporting events for our northern teams which has brought friendly competitiveness to our two northern offices and has also brought us all closer together.

Mohamed Ibrahim, one of our SEs, said it really feels like a family here. Everyone here genuinely cares about each other and wants to help push one another to be better, not just inside the office walls but outside of work as well.”
