Medium Density team delivers townhouse village

Our Medium Density & Retirement Living team worked with property developer Oreana to successfully transform Manzeene Village in Lara from a 2.2ha site into a 77-lot townhouse development to increase housing options in the area. 

Our Medium Density team managed the installation of the essential underground utilities, along with the construction of an intricate concrete laneway, lot benching, and a retaining wall strategically positioned between the development and wetlands.

The team also worked with the City of Greater Geelong to install drainage pits and pipes connecting to a large barrel drain, rehabilitate the existing basin, and construct an asphalt road.

The team effectively navigated an abundance of existing services and inclement weather, extensive council and authority approval periods to successfully deliver the project within a tight timeframe.

The team recently joined construction partners for a sod-turning event.
