Graduates gather for training session
Winslow’s graduate program has been developed to provide students and university graduates with the opportunity to gain a unique industry experience, while developing essential, practical, and interpersonal skills.
Our 2023 Graduate Training Program recently held a session – Introduction and Construction Operations – with all participants coming together across four locations.
Our Construction Managers were able to have valuable face time with our undergraduate labourers and graduate engineers, getting to know them and the current work they have been carrying out onsite.
Throughout the program, the Construction Managers will provide invaluable information that will help with the graduate’s readiness to take on their next role with Winslow.

Our graduate program has been designed to be flexible enough to keep pace with project needs.
The three phases graduates undertake are fluid and designed to quickly respond to the needs of the project all while ensuring they are provided with experience across the total civil construction process.
This includes opportunities in residential, medium density, surveying and digital engineering, utilities and major infrastructure projects.
Topics discussed in the first training sessions includes: scope of operations, what the role is moving forward, internal, and external challenges, and opportunities.
The four groups ran simultaneously in Campbellfield, Brooklyn, Geelong, and Cranbourne West.
