Graduate Program tailored for individual success
Winslow’s Graduate Program provides students and university graduates with the opportunity to gain a unique industry experience, while developing essential, practical and interpersonal skills.
It is why Winslow has achieved a Prosple ranking of Number 1 in the Construction and Property sector and 10th Overall in the Top 100 Graduate Employers for 2025.
Prosple is a recruitment platform used by more than 40 universities where different industry graduate positions are advertised.
For undergraduate Engineer Madeleine Denver, the flexibility and individualised support of the program has been invaluable.
Madeleine, who is studying a double degree (Engineering and Commerce) at Monash University’s Caulfield campus, said Winslow’s support has been incredible throughout her studies.
“They helped me prioritise my university work and encouraged me to take time when needed for classes, study, exams, and even breaks,” she said.

“It grounded my engineering knowledge in real-world practice, which has been essential for understanding the full scope of our projects.
“This experience has helped me to communicate better with on-site teams and provided me with a deeper understanding of how things work in practice, making my work more effective.”
