Emerging Leaders gather to learn the Winslow Way

Winslow is invested in developing our workforce to ensure strong skills in our teams.

The Emerging Leaders program was again held recently at Marnong Estate, with participants selected from Business Units across the Group including Winslow Constructors, Winslow Infrastructure, OPT Hire, Trafman Solutions, Native Space, SMS, and Medium Density.

The workshop was conducted by our training partner THINKA, with the focus on ‘Mastering Self: Unlocking Strengths In Our Future Leaders’.

This was the second group to participate in the program this year, which is designed to develop leadership skills our teams need to deliver outcomes that our clients are looking for.

The participants represented a variety of roles from across the Group, including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Senior Surveyor, Senior Traffic Management, Surveyors, Account Manager, Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, and HR Advisor.

By learning new skills ‘the Winslow Way’, we ensure quality in the workplace and provide greater opportunities to promote staff from within.
