Connecting communities in Melbourne’s north

Winslow Infrastructure is proud to be delivering the Watson Street Interchange Upgrade in Wallan, for the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA).

This important project will make travel safer, easier, and more efficient — with new freeway ramps, upgraded connections, and improved traffic signals helping to reduce congestion and enhance access to the Hume Freeway for Wallan and surrounding communities.

Early works are already underway, with major construction set to begin in early 2026.

Once complete, the upgraded interchange will support up to 30,000 daily journeys, improving road safety and connectivity across Melbourne’s growing northern corridor.

The project is scheduled for completion by late 2027.
