Complimentary flu vaccinations 2023
The flu vaccination is a complimentary Winslow benefit for employees. While vaccination is not mandatory, it is recommended for your health, your colleagues, and your family.
This year we have 15 Winslow locations to choose from or the option of using either a Priceline, Sigma Health, or TerryWhite Chemmart voucher to visit a location more suitable for you.
To book your complimentary employee flu vaccination, please follow the below instructions:
- Access Booking App
You can access the vaccination bookings app via the link below or the QR code provided:

The View Availability calendar displays appointments Search by date or venue for available times.
- Register
To register, input your email and set a password then verify your email to continue.
Create your profile. Your account and profiles can be used for all future bookings.
Select relevant medical conditions This allows the provider to assess your eligibility to be vaccinated.
- Select Vaccination
Select vaccination you would like. A range of immunisations may be offered (COVID-19, Flu etc).
Provide informed consent and review vaccination information during the booking process.
- Book Date & Time
Search by date or venue, to make a booking.
A booking confirmation email will be sent instantly. A reminder email will be sent prior to your appointment with a digital pre-immunisation checklist to complete on the day.
Alternatively, you can select a vaccination voucher code that can be used at either Priceline, Sigma Health, or TerryWhite Chemmart.
