Annual site visits to say thanks

Winslow leaders have begun attending work sites for the annual toolbox meetings to meet with all field employees.

The purpose of these annual meetings is an opportunity for employees to meet with leaders, who also relish the opportunity to show their appreciation for the hard work performed throughout the year.

These mass meetings were started in May 2020 during the early stages of the pandemic to communicate with the workforce about how the company was dealing with lockdowns and other fallout from Covid.

The meetings were well received by the field staff, who appreciated the efforts the company was doing to keep operating during the pandemic when many others were struggling.

Group Operations Manager Stephen Strano has continued these meetings each year, to give field staff updates on the business and industry, promoting company values and reconfirming the importance of safety in the workplace.

Everyone also received gifts, such as hoodies and vests in appreciation of the efforts of the employees.
