Winslow’s ‘commitment by everyone everywhere every day’ safety mantra was on display and yielded amazing results in a recent federal safety audit.

The Sunbury Road Upgrade Project team was recently audited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) and passed with flying colours.

The team, which ensured the project was given a 100 per cent pass, was led by Srini Krishnamurti (Executive Manager Systems and Compliance), Mick Sayers (Group Health Safety and Environmental Manager), Ryan Brown (H&S Manager – WI), Georgia Hoetzel (Safety Manager – SRU) and Rudwan Malas (Senior Systems Auditor –  WI), Trafman Solutions’ Naomie Didone (Construction Traffic Manager) and Kadejeh Elayoubi (Project Manager – SRU) and Caden Harte (Training and Development Partner).

The report said: “There is an average of 20-25 various pieces of plant present on the project ranging from excavators, Skid Steer, Telehandlers, Trucks, Graders, Vacuum trucks through to asphalt equipment, cement trucks, cranes and rollers.

“There are an average number of 100 workers on the project that rises and falls as work takes place.

“There have been no reportable incidents on the project at time of audit.”

Tim Dowell from the OFSC Accreditation Operations team said “congratulations on an excellent audit result”.
