Celebrating Winslow’s women engineers

As part of our celebration of International Women in Engineering Day, Winslow Infrastructure proudly acknowledges the significant growth in the number of female engineers in our business over the past 12 months, from two to 14.

Our talented female engineers are working across our Lathams Road Upgrade, Sunbury Road Upgrade, and other road and civil infrastructure projects in roles including Quality Manager, Graduate Engineer, Undergraduate Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Director.

We are proud of our ‘Women of Winslow’ mentoring program and access to professional development opportunities, supporting the women in our business by removing some of the barriers in becoming an engineer and ensuring equality and respect as part of the broader Winslow family.
