Native Space gives Logistics Park green touch
Native Space recently completed the landscaping works at O’Herns Logistics Park at Epping, in Melbourne’s north, delivering a high-quality green environment across the site.
O’Herns Logistics Park, which includes a wetland, is a major commercial development, and the landscaping scope required careful planning and precise execution within challenging ground conditions containing substantial rock.
Delivered for client Sandhurst Retail & Logistics with landscape architects Plan E and Whittlesea City Council, the project focused on integrating the landscape around existing established trees and adjoining nature reserve areas.
Works included reconstruction of about 450 linear metres of stone walls, installation of more than 45,000 plants and 470 trees, construction of shelters, and placement of natural log seating throughout the reserves.
Green spaces within commercial developments play an important role in softening built environments and supporting biodiversity.
The completed works bring a polished finish to the development, enhancing the overall appearance of the site and creating a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors alike.
Native Space is delighted to add O’Herns Logistics Park to its growing portfolio of completed commercial landscaping projects.
Our dedicated team continues to deliver quality landscaping solutions across a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors, bringing the same high level of care and expertise to every project.
