‘Happy 40th Birthday, Winslow’ – we need you
Dear all,
This year, Winslow is celebrating its 40th year operating in the civil construction industry.
We’re all proud to be part of the journey over the 40 years, and now is the opportunity to congratulate Winslow on this incredible milestone.
To help celebrate, we’re creating a special anniversary edition ‘Happy 40th Birthday Winslow’ video and would like to invite everyone to be part of it by creating a video saying the words ‘Happy 40th Birthday Winslow’.
We want you to be part of this special momentous occasion with Winslow and it is fitting that Winslowers are the centrepiece of this 40th anniversary video.
Winslowers have helped shape our business from its humble beginnings to a growing family-owned civil construction company employing more than 1600 employees across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
Reaching 40 years is more than just a number, it demonstrates resilience and adaptability in a challenging industry and it’s our Winslowers that are the backbone of this achievement.
The completed video will be made up of everyone’s individual video contribution, and it will be proudly distributed to everyone across the business, so it can also be shared with family and friends.
How to join in on the Winslow video and how to submit your video:
Equipment required: Use your iphone
Activate the following iPhone camera settings:
- In settings, camera, set phone to: 4K at 24 frames per second
- Record Sound = Stereo
- Turn off HDR Video (High Efficiency)
Filming set up
- Ask someone to take a video of yourself (no selfies please), with a workmate or a team of colleagues.
- Ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE if you are onsite and your environment is safe
- Face the camera
- Do not have the sun behind you
- Say the words to camera – ‘Happy 40th Birthday Winslow’
- As this is a Winslow video, we ask that SMS, Trafman, Opt Hire. Ecosphere, TUS, people don’t wear BU branded corporate wear in the video.
- Use the landscape orientation of video
- Include a 5 second buffer at the start and end of the video.
Submitting the video:
Email the video from your iPhone directly to cms@winslow.com.au
Deadline:
Please submit your videos by no later than Friday 27th April.
