40 years of building communities from the ground up

Residential developments are the genesis of Winslow. This capability commenced 40 years ago and is the still the backbone of our business.

The chances are, if you’ve seen a beautiful new housing estate in the process of being constructed by a leading property development company, then Winslow could be there too, working away on the earthworks and constructing the roads threading their way into and around the estate.

And not only roads, but the many other support structures needed for a new property development such as bridges, open spaces and parks, storm water systems, water-retaining basins and lakes, miscellaneous earthworks, land remediation of previously contaminated land, and more.

Our experience and capability over four decades have only increased and expanded over time. We have embraced innovations in technology and streamlined our processes to ensure that we always safely deliver on our promise for our clients.

Our other Winslow Business Units leverage off the vast skills and experience of the residential team to ensure The Winslow Way of working is deeply embedded in our culture and safe ways of working.

We have widened our offering from Victoria to Southeast Queensland, Northern NSW and South Australia and establishing regional offices to support our projects. 

We concentrate our efforts on projects towards ‘Live local. Work local’, and aim for a local workforce and keeping the income generated from construction projects in the local community.

We aim to maximise positive outcomes in the region and therefore stimulating the local economy. Winslow also aims to purchase our goods and services where possible from local suppliers to increase our positive local impact. 

Local knowledge and resources backed by national group strength, Winslow has the team on the ground to get the job done safely and right the first time.
