Queensland digs in at Monarch Glen

Winslow Queensland has commenced construction for our client Mirvac’s masterplanned community Kindira nestled in the scenic hills of Monarch Glen, southwest of Brisbane, reinforcing our position as a trusted delivery partner on complex, large-scale urban developments

The project is being delivered under a 44-week staged program across two precincts, incorporating bulk earthworks, major sewer infrastructure and bioretention basins.

Key project highlights include:

• More than 1 million cubic metres of bulk earthworks, including extensive ripping, blasting, crushing, and material reuse;
• Construction of major trunk sewer packages, including deep excavation and micro tunnelling;
• Staged delivery of bioretention basins and temporary water infrastructure to support high daily compaction and dust-suppression demands.
• Water management.
