WI’s Catch of the Month at Fishermans Bend

R&R takes on a new meaning for Winslow Infrastructure’s Fishermans Bend Innovation Precinct (FBIP) team.

While rest and recreation are encouraged on weekends, the project team hold monthly awards to acknowledge six individuals for their efforts on the project with a Reward and Recognition program.

The FBIP “Catch of the Month” Project Awards was introduced to recognise the effort, initiative, and commitment of individuals in the following categories:

• Quality: “Quality King/Queen”
• Environment: “Green Machine”
• Safety: “Safe Hands”
• Team Communication: “Chat Champ”
• Engineering & Foremen: “Marvel”
• Operations: “Best on Ground”

Each month an individual on the project can be nominated by a colleague or leader for one or multiple of the above categories. 

Nominations are reviewed each month, with winners awarded a certificate of recognition.
