New IT Security Enhancements

Group Technology Services is implementing changes to improve online security. The following changes have been made to keep Winslow Group safe and compliant:  

Access to Winslow Group systems will be locked down to Australia only.

• Includes:
  • Outlook
  • Teams
  • Citrix
  • VPN/Global Protect
  • Databases
• If you require access while overseas use the Overseas Email & System Access form located on WinConnect or here.

In late January a new password policy will take affect:

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long
• Passwords must include upper case, lowercase, special character and a number
• Passwords must be changed regularly
• If your password is more than 1 year old, it is recommended to change your password now, at your convenience, to avoid being prompted to change it in the new year.
