Industry golf day chips in for charity
Winslow recently celebrated the 14th year of sponsoring the Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE) Golf Day at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club.
The ALDE/Winslow golf day attracts a variety of industry professionals to the annual event, which is a fantastic opportunity for ALDE members to socialise and network on Australia’s No.1 ranked golf course.
“Great to see such a fantastic turnout for the golf day, and awesome that in partnership with Winslow, this event is very much an annual highlight for members,” said ALDE president Sehon Pellew.
Winslow was well represented with teams from the west, east, north and Geelong regions all displaying various skill levels.
Constructors project manager Thomas Ven Der Ley won the event, with his team of Tom Earle, Barry Arnold and Andrew Richardson taking out the team’s competition.
The event also raised $1350 for Camp 4 Cancer, which holds annual camps to fundraise for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
