The Big 5 Safety refresh has started

The Big 5 Safety refresh has commenced across the group with our CEO Construction – Rohan and GM Constructors – Andrew commencing a series of gatherings to refresh the importance of the Big 5 Safety. It’s all about ensuring the Big 5 Safety Rules remain front and centre in the minds of all of our team members, at all times.

‘My Family, My Safety’ promotes employees to challenge themselves to always explore better and safer ways of working, with the impetus to review existing systems and procedures and increasing efficiencies.

We want everyone to go home every day to their family and friends, and we recognise the people we work with are part of the Winslow family. So, let’s guide one another and ‘hold each other’s hands’ towards increased safety.
