Winslow assists with cyclone clean-up

Winslow Queensland is assisting with the clean-up of debris from damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Alfred last week. 

Cleanaway has engaged Winslow, on behalf of Brisbane City Council, to operate four temporary green-waste transfer facilities to provide drop points for the anticipated removal of disaster-related debris from residential properties.

This will ensure these areas are safe and habitable preventing the displacement of residents.

The designated green waste transfer stations are for the general public using light vehicles and trailers rather than commercial sites.
