One big team at YVE

As part of Women in Construction Week, culminating with International Women’s Day, we celebrate YVE Group’s women who are thriving in civil construction. 

This week presents the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible contributions women are making to the industry.

HSE Manager Chantal Kirkopoulos and Project Engineer Naiyla Goverdhan are integral member of the YVE team.

Chantal says being able to split her time between being on site and in the office, while interacting with colleagues, is a highlight.

“At YVE, everyone is very supportive and I always feel a part of the team,” Chantal said.

Naiyla says she enjoys taking on new challenges that each day presents.

“My experience in construction has been great. I really enjoy learning new things every day and being out of my comfort zone,” Naiyla said.
