The final session for 2024 of our Emerging Leaders program was held recently at Marnong Estate, with participants selected from Business Units across the Group.

This was the second group to complete the program, which is designed to develop leadership skills our team needs to deliver outcomes our clients are looking for.

Participants graduated after completing the eight-month program, with two participants receiving awards.

Winslow Constructors Project engineer Chaya Tiktin received the People’s Choice award after being nominated by her fellow graduates.

OPT Hire’s Tracie Marjanovic received the Growth and Contribution Award.

A third group started the program in October, with a fourth set to commence in the new year.
