Beveridge community on track after interruptions

Last week, Winslow Constructors’ Medium Density team joined client Ingenia for a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony was held at the Beveridge site of the future Lifestyle Springside, a lifestyle village for over 55s.

Winslow’s Medium Density team recently recommenced works to deliver the second stage of the development, working alongside Ingenia, which is intending to deliver the first Green Star Home community in Australia.

Work on the project had been hampered by COVID lockdowns and flooding rain in late 2022, however the building on Stage 1 is about to commence.

The development, north of Melbourne, is comprised of three stages and 261 new homes to be built.
