Queensland team celebrates Peter Reberger’s 25 years

Winslow Queensland celebrated Peter Reberger’s 25 years at the company recently with a celebration in Brisbane.

A mixture of clients, consultants and current and former colleagues were there to share plenty of stories about Peter and revisit fond memories.

Peter started his Winslow journey with Civil Contractors in February 1998 as a young fresh-faced Engineer working with company founder Stevan Bogdanovic from a house in Richlands.

Peter was instrumental in setting up all the systems and processes, of which some still remain in the business today.

Arguably one of Peter’s biggest contributions to the business was being the Project Manager at Lendlease’s Master planned Estate Yarrabilba, which was the engine room of CCA’s growth for more than six years.

Peter has transformed with the changing needs and structure of the business, moving into a pre-contracts/business development role and now also heading up a Major Urban Projects division of the business to tap into his years of industry experience.

“I never lose site of the faith that is entrusted to me by the company in my role,” Peter said.

“With all of the things that I have learnt along the way, I hope that in turn, I have been able use that knowledge to add value to the company’s efforts and growth.”

His longevity in the business, generosity with his time and dedication to the collective success of Winslow is a testament to Peter, his wife Anne-Marie and their two sons.
