Medium Density team to transform caravan park

Winslow Constructors’ Medium Density team joined senior management from residential property developer SOHO Living for a sod-turning event at Roselle Springvale.

SOHO Living has engaged Winslow to complete the civil construction of the project in southeast Melbourne, which will assist with Melbourne’s housing crisis.

SOHO is transforming the former 1.5ha caravan park on Springvale Road into a new medium-density living community consisting of 59 new townhouses.

The civil construction works involve the installation of more than 350m of sewer reticulation, 600m of stormwater drainage, more than 600m of water reticulation, 1800m2 of concrete laneway and laying 153 ton of asphalt.

The project is expected to be completed in November.
