Name change for YVE

From July 1, 2024, Yarra Valley Excavations Pty Ltd has changed its name to YVE Group Pty Ltd.

Since its beginning over 35 years ago, Yarra Valley Excavations Pty Ltd has expanded significantly and now works across Victoria, southeast Queensland and shortly in South Australia.

The new name reflects the expanding nature of the business that now operates further than its original location.

This is simply a name change and the Corporate Structure, ACN, ABN, Directorships, Shareholding, Addresses will remain intact.

This means there is no need to enter into new contracts/agreements as these would already have been entered into via the company with the ABN/ACN already quoted.
