Claude’s retirement leaves a big hole to fill

Last Friday, colleagues of Winslow Constructors Foreman Claude Tavian gathered to celebrate his retirement.

Claude has been with Winslow since 2011 and was a key member of the contractor team, having started as a Leading Hand and being promoted to Foreman, responsible for managing construction works on site, performing a pivotal role in the success of many Winslow projects.

Claude’s dedication and work ethic saw him announced as the 2020 winner of The Frank Siciliano Award.

The award acknowledges a person who consistently succeeds, even when faced with seemingly overwhelming challenges and takes pride in all aspects of the job.

Apart from developing strong work relationships, providing strong leadership, the award winner demonstrates exceptional employee achievements in the field while always caring about safety of fellow workers.
