Meet the team that greets you

As part of National Families Week, Winslow is celebrating family diversity and connection by visiting work families across the Group. Today we meet the Group’s headquarters’ reception team.

When the elevator opens at the Essendon Fields office, you will be greeted by Winslow Group’s reception team.

When not being the first point of contact, Grace Gualano, Charmaine Neuhuber and Shania Armstrong also take on other responsibilities.

Grace, who started at Winslow at the Campbellfield office in 2017, is the Office Administrator, and recently outed herself has a dab hand at table tennis.

“I love being able to help various staff and stakeholders,” Grace said.

“I love the comradery amongst staff, smelling the weekly slow-cooked meals, table tennis battles and our new office layout.”

Charmaine only recently joined the Winslow family as Accounts Payable Officer, but has slotted right in.

“Everyone has made me feel so welcome in such a short time, every day brings new experiences,” she said.

Shania, also an Accounts Payable Officer, has been with the company since March last year.

“I love that we are all a family here,” she said.
