WI’s women in construction celebrated
Winslow Infrastructure celebrated International Women’s Day at its annual luncheon on March 8, where 38 of the WI team spent the afternoon together celebrating and acknowledging the contribution its female staff members make to the Winslow family every day.
This year’s theme for IWD was ‘Inspire Inclusion’ and some of the key action areas are recruiting, retaining, and developing diverse talent – that is certainly something that WI can attest to.
Over the past 12 months, a number of WI females have undergone training, gained new qualifications and certificates, and upskilled in a multitude of areas, enabling them to progress and diversify in their skillset and roles.

The WI team also celebrated the 2024 ‘Women in Construction Week’ and highlighted the roles that our female team members play in shaping the future of the construction industry.
One such team member is HR Advisor Mounica Dantuluri, who was awarded the 2024 Winslow Infrastructure Woman of the Year Award.
“Over the past 12 months, we have required Mounica to step in and support the broader Winslow business and her adaptability and flexibility to help where it’s needed is greatly valued,” said WI General Manager Leonard Bam.
“She has consistently upheld our FACES values every day and has demonstrated commitment, hard work and passion for what she does. She is a very worthy winner of this year’s award, congratulations.”
