RBR site taking shape

Check out the fantastic progress the Winslow Infrastructure (WI) Riding Boundary Road team has made in recent months.

The huge 88ha site is starting to take shape as asphalting, concrete works and electrical works are all well underway.

There has been 39,000 sq m of asphalt placed, 16,500 sq m of concrete has been poured and 9400m of kerb and channel constructed.

This is alongside the 71,000 tonnes of material used throughout different stages of pavement works.

Additionally, almost 50,000 cubic metres of material have been excavated for the construction of a new wetlands and more than 300,000 tonnes of site generated rock has been crushed into Class 3 material and reused both onsite and across many other Winslow projects.

WI Project Manager Richardson Huynh had high praise for his team.

“The team have worked exceptionally hard recently. There has been great coordination and effort by the team to ensure we complete this stage of works on time,” Richardson said.

Well done to the whole team that has been working on the project so far. This stage of works is predicted to be completed by mid-2024.
