Annual Pink Tea at YVE raises funds

YVE held its 3rd Annual Pink Afternoon Tea on Thursday where office staff wore a touch of pink, brought a plate of food to share and donated money to Breast Cancer Network Australia, which was matched by YVE.

Staff raised $365, with the overall donation of $730 donated to the not-for-profit organisation that supports Australians affected by breast cancer.

BCNA aims to ensure that those affected by breast cancer receive support, information, treatment and care appropriate to their needs.

YVE has now raised $2120 for BCNA in the past 3 years.

“My wife was diagnosed with stage 2/3 breast cancer in 2019, so this is a cause close to me,” said YVE General Manager Alastair Garlick.
