Cup hero hosts Women in Leadership luncheon

Women of Winslow from across the Group enjoyed a taste of the Spring Racing Carnival this week at a ‘Women in Leadership’ luncheon at Marnong Estate, hosted by Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Michelle Payne.

Michelle is the only woman to win the iconic race, and she shared her inspiring story of hope, resilience, character, and courage to prevail against all odds.

Her Cup-winning horse Prince of Penzance was also at the winery.

The luncheon was attended by more than 150 to network and connect with other women in various leadership and business roles.

Key messages on the day were “don’t give up and back yourself”.
