Constructors break ground with Victoria’s Treasurer

Winslow Constructors’ East Region team members joined VIPs for a groundbreaking ceremony at Kaduna Business Park in Officer South this week.

Guests of honour included Treasurer of Victoria, Tim Pallas MP and Cardinia Shire Council Mayor Cr Tammy Radford.

Winslow has begun work on the 92ha industrial estate, for developer McMullin Group, which Mr Pallas said is “set to become an industrial powerhouse” for the region.

Mayor Radford said Kaduna will “attract many workers for the course of the project, and create many industrial opportunities for the community”.

Constructors General Manager Andrew Richardson and Regional Manager Tom Earle joined the team along side other stakeholders to for the ceremony.

Constructors began working at Kaduna in July and it is expected Stage 1 will be completed next September.
