Our RUOK? Day mental health champions

Winslow has an ongoing commitment to supporting our people by building capability across the business with cohorts of employees regularly trained as Mental Health First Aiders.

They are easily identifiable on site with their TradeMutt shirts, and we want our people to regularly ‘Chat and Check-In’ with each other and ask RUOK? every day of the year.

Today we remind our teammates that every day is the day to ask, “are you OK?”.
